You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded
The payment for all the returned products will be done to the customer's Islamic Shop account in the form of store credit, which the customer can use for his/her next purchase
In certain scenarios accepting returns and performing exchange of products is difficult for us to support.
Items from the SALE section are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable
All items under the SALE section are sold on an as-is basis
Return request is made outside the specified time frame
Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item that has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
Made-to-order / custom jewellery
Fragile items, Consumable products like Cosmetics, Attars, Body sprays and Electronic products like Toys, Watch, Clock etc
Custom-made products cannot be refunded like Tailored Abayas, Kaftans, Burkhas etc
If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following :
The product(s) should not be used
The product(s) should be packed with the original packaging received
Once we receive the Items, we will investigate the order case and process the refund
Shipping charges are non-refundable
COD shipments are refundable as store credit only less shipping and COD charges
If you would like an exchange, the paid amount minus shipping charges will be deducted from the price of the new items, or it can be added as Store Credit to your account for the next order
Non returnable/refundable items
Please do not accept if the package is torn, tampered, damaged or there are signs of leakage.
If you suspect that the package is damaged or , please take an unboxing video of the product to claim return and exchange.
Returns will be accepted only if you have received an item “Damage”, “Defective” or “Different Colour”.

If you are selecting electronic, appliances or cosmetic products, please check the product description before ordering
Once you have found an item you want to buy, add the quantity you want and click on the 'Add to cart' button
You can then either continue shopping or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button in the upper right corner
Once you have done shopping, click the 'Checkout' button to complete your order

Our delivery partners will leave a note upon a failed delivery for you to call back and arrange a suitable time of delivery. Alternatively, you may contact the local office of the courier company directly.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving the order:
Step 1: Follow one of the following steps: a. Via My Orders section Click on 'My Orders'. Go to Order and select 'Return'. Proceed with reason for return. b. Via Help Center Click on 'Have a Concern'>Click on 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to investigate your claim within the next 72 hours and share a resolution for the same.
Step 3: In case a refund is approved, payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the same account, within 24-48 business hours of the request being approved. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please write to madinamallretail@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of delivery, detailing the condition of the products received. Please provide product and packaging images along with your email.
Please note that promotional discounts or coupon codes cannot be refunded back in any form.
We are unable to furnish direct contact details of the courier partners and their delivery personnel. However you should be able to contact the local office of the logistics provider at your location.
